You can only register yourself online for this meeting.
 

Registration form

The registration form is activated April 27th, 2010.
After registration you will receive an automated response. Confirmation will be e-mailed as soon as possible.
 

Registration fee

Payment may be made in Euros.

  • Anual Meeting: Building bridges with bio-iron (diner and dance not included): €  280,00
  • Representative of hemochromatosis patient organization (diner and dance not included): €  140,00 **
  • Dinner & dance Building bridges with bio-iron: €  85,00
**Note:
- Patient representatives of the EFAPH, NOT SCIENTISTS, pay half the fee of the EIC meeting

 

Cancellation policy for registration
A refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Notification by e-mail by August 15th 2010: full refund minus € 50,- administration fee
  • Notification by e-mail by September 1st 2010: no refund. 

Bursaries

Bursaries are available and can be applied for by sending an e-mail to the secretary of the EIC Prof. Roberta Ward (wardRobertaj@gmail.com) enclosing a CV. If a bursarie is granted it shall be given out directly at the meeting.

As for the bursary it is necessary for the applicant

a) to have an abstract with the applicant as an author or co-author
b) the applicant should be a member of EIC (Info on the website www.euro-iron.org.)
c) the applicant should attend the Meeting
